DTF (Direct to Film) – Customised T-Shirts
DTF T-Shirts Solihull. In 2022 we took delivery of our heat press.
We also use it to bond DTF (Direct to Film) transfers. We produce all the necessary artwork using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator and get the artwork printed onto large gang-sheets.
The images are then cut off the gang sheet. Costs are kept down by making sure the use of space on the gang sheet is maximised.
The gang sheet is then carefully cut. Each design is then applied to cotton or polyester DTF T-Shirts in Solihull using heat.
The heat press is also regularly used for dye sublimation projects.
We also use it for bonding interfacing onto material and faux leather when making handbags. Or making bonded pattern pieces for students to use on our make your own handbag courses. The heat press gives a much better adhesion between the interfacing and the material of faux leather.
We are able to fulfil small, medium and large orders or teach you how to produce your own artwork to make your own custom T-shirts.
